Edible PB Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Serves: 25-30 bites
Ingredients
  • ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1½ tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add in the flours, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Shape into small balls, about half a tablespoon each. Put on a baking sheet or in one layer in a container and either chill in the fridge or put in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up. (I prefer them frozen.)
