15 Minute Cardamom Tahini Stovetop Muesli

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • scant 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium flame on the stove.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then pour in the wet and stir well. Make sure everything is coated evenly.
  3. Put the muesli into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Keep an eye on it so that nothing burns.
  4. Let cool before transferring to an airtight container.
