Scoop out cookies onto lined baking sheet, flattening slightly.** Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes.***
Notes
*Mix 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds with 5 tablespoons warm water, then let stand for 5 minutes. **The cookies don't really spread. ***Cookies harden slightly as they cool.
