Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • almond butter
Instructions
  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a jar and mix well.
  2. Store at least 4 hours to overnight in the fridge.
  3. Top with blueberries and a drizzle of almond butter, adding more milk if necessary.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
