5 ingredient baked salmon

- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp minced ginger*
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced*
- ¼ tsp maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet and put salmon skin-side down.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over salmon, making sure it is fully coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
*Can substitute ¼ tsp ginger powder and ⅛ tsp garlic powder.
